Evidence based nursing on IOWA model were taught and after three months the results of before and after intervention were compared. For data analysis the software of SPSS and descriptive and analytic statistics such, frequency, mean (SD), Kolmogorov- Smirnov and pair T test were used. P<0.005 was consideredmeaningful. Results: The results showed that Mean (SD) of nurses' knowledge about evidence based nursing before and after intervention was 10.73(2.72) and 14.89(0.93) respectively, the Mean (SD) of nurses' attitude about evidence based nursing before and after intervention was 63.47(9.89) and 73.89(8.11) respectively and Mean (SD) of nurses' practice based on IOWA model and clinical guideline before and after intervention was 19.10(2.94) and 26.05(2.48).
